This community uses Unpaid Caregiver Training funding, which requires direct parent training (live or on-demand) with full participation and applied learning. To meet this requirement, we offer the community in 4-month segments.
Upon recieving this form, we'll request funding under S5111, starting the 1st of next month, for 4-months, $49/month and a total of $196.
Once funding is approved, you'll get an email invite to the community landing page.
Before your 4 months end, it's your responsibility to reach out your case manager to discuss your participation in the training and your desire to continue for another 4 month period of time. You are welcome to cc support@thrivingparentscolective.com to inform us that you are in process. Approvals typically take 2–3 weeks, so please plan ahead.
