jumpstart regulation course

If you’ve ever thought, “I know my child is struggling or our relationship is struggling due to disregulation—but I don’t know what to do in the moment” you’re not alone.

It can be overwhelming to know the best strategies to use when your child is emotional, overwhelmed or displaying behaviors that create distress for you and your family.

You may wish to not feel so alone on this part of the parenting journey- instead longing for understanding and community of other parents who are experiencing the same thing.

Our Jumpstart Regulation Course  was created to help you gain a deeper understanding of the foundations of regulation as a tool to turn those hard moments into opportunities for growth.

You’ll leave each session with a new perspective on the "why" of your child's behavior as well as practical, personalized strategies — not just from me, but from a supportive group of like-minded parents walking this same journey.

By using the parent-child relationship as the conduit for change, this model will help move the needle toward ease, understanding and joy for your child and your family.

If you’re ready for fewer battles, more cooperation, and a home that feels calmer, Jumpstart Regulation is your next step.

Topics include:

Sensory processing - Regulation - Co-regulation - Emotional regulation primer-

Managing meltdowns - Boundaries primer
