jumpstart regulation course

If you’ve ever thought, “I know my child is always struggling with disregulation—but I don’t know what to do in the moment” you’re not alone.

If the following seems commonplace....

  • You brace yourself for meltdowns often

  • It feels really hard to support your child's big emotions

  •  You need more tools to help them calm down and focus

  • You find yourself getting disergulated with your child

....Learning about regulation and the nervous system may be an important step to support your child, your relationship and the peace in your home.

Our Jumpstart Regulation Program  was created to help you gain a deeper understanding of the foundations of regulation as a tool to turn those hard moments into opportunities for growth.

You’ll leave each session with a new perspective on the "why" of your child's behavior as well as practical, personalized strategies — not just from me, but from a supportive group of like-minded parents walking this same journey.

By using the parent-child relationship as the conduit for change, this model will help move the needle toward ease, understanding and joy for your child and your family.

If you’re ready for fewer battles, more cooperation, and a home that feels calmer, Jumpstart Regulation is your next step.

Topics include:

Sensory processing - Regulation - Co-regulation - Emotional regulation primer-

Managing meltdowns - Boundaries primer
