Jen Bluske

OTR/L,Parent Coach, Director

Jen is a parent coach, occupational therapist and founder of Thriving Parent's collective. She is also the director of Children's Therapy Network, a family-focused multi-disciplinary therapy clinic in Madison, WI.  Jen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998 with a B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy.  Following years of practice as an occupational therapy she began to focus more fully on the power of the parent-child relationship as the conduit for change in children's development and regulation. Following this passion, Jen became a Certified Parent Coach through the Jai Institute in 2023.

In her occupational therapy practice, Jen has worked in the school, home and private clinic setting as well as for programs such as Heart Start, Early Head Start, Birth to Three, and preschools.

She is now working directly with parents to support change for children through the parent-child relationship.  Jen supports parents to find their own deeper understanding of their role and become a safe and stable base for their child's development, however uneven it may be.  Through her work as well as experience of parenting two adopted children, Jen has sought extensive additional training in the areas of attachment, parent child regulation and trauma.

In her free time Jen is happiest when immersed in nature, is digging in the dirt with her plants or listening to live music.  Jen’s goal in founding Thriving Parent's Collective is to create a space to put the focus on the parent, creating community, empowerment and resilience while on the rollercoaster of parenting.
